Alfred makes his weekly weigh-in, in the Export-Sales office at work, and is dismayed to find that he’s gained 0.5kg! But his waist size has reduced so this hopefully means that he’s actually gaining lean mass or muscle…

Well now he knows what the rest of the female population feels like when they climb onto a scale (after a week of good eating habits) only to find out that they’ve gained half a kilo!!! We don’t want to hear that muscle weighs more than fat at that stage okay ……. just want to see it drop!!
